Make progress together.

Good advice needs to work in the real world: within your resources, alongside your people and with a clear understanding of the decisions ahead.

01

Understand the challenge

Start with your goals, the people involved and what is getting in the way. Surface the operational realities and competing expectations that shape the problem.

02

Create a shared direction

Bring the perspectives together. Clarify priorities, assess the options and set out an actionable plan with clear decisions and accountabilities.

03

Support the next steps

Stay focused on implementation. Provide the advice, coordination and oversight you need to move forward and adapt as the project evolves.

A grounded, personal approach with an executive perspective.

I bring more than 15 years of infrastructure experience and a practical understanding of what it takes to move capital priorities from planning into delivery.

Most recently, I served as Executive Director, Capital Planning & Major Capital Projects at the Saskatchewan Health Authority. Reporting to the CFO, I was accountable for an approximately $500 million annual capital budget and led a provincial portfolio of more than 50 staff.

My work has connected government, clinical leaders, operational teams and private companies around shared infrastructure priorities. That experience shapes my approach today: ask good questions, make the complex understandable and build a plan people can act on.

I’m motivated to help organizations build exceptional spaces that enable service providers to do their best work and serve people and communities across Saskatchewan.
